working on this free artistic reign scaled unicorn project has me itching for more free reign projects
I am looking for a few very open minded people who are comfortable just giving me some basic ideas and a budget and letting my imagination run wild
for example
"I'd love to see you try some sort of dragon wolf, in a realistic style, in vibrant colors (my fave is blue, but I hate red...and pink, any other color is fine) maybe some scales, horns, spikes, wings if you can fit it my budget, oh and the character is male, something snarly would be cool. The most I could send your way is $2300 including shipping to Malaysia."
I would take the following and set to work, trying to work in as many things that they listed as possible (but, for example, I would leave off horns if I could not make horns look right)
so if anyone out there is thinking they could just set me loose on a project lemme know via comment and what you are thinking of, maybe I will take you on my list P:
PS good idea to list what colors you like and do not like, if you want rainbow or natural, mix of, whatevers
PSS if you have no idea what you want and are willing to accept a totally sight unseen 100% surprise project and can afford $2000 or more... I want you on my list O_____O holy crap I could do so much if just set free in my world of imagination

I was thinking that you could use some of the scrap fur you have around, as it would be multi-colored. Though colors/pattern/species are up to you, as long as it isn't predominantly orange, yellow, or pink. I would prefer cooler colors for most of the hanging. I do want the head to be 3d, like the heads on some animal pelt mounts. (ref [link] )
Scales, horns, claws, again, up to you. Though I would like it backed in some type of cloth, for in case a (future) child gets a hold of it and plays with it.
Preferred price range: under $500 if possible, though I don't know what you would charge for something like that. I was going to ask for a quote when you opened them up.
