with my journal on taking artistic liberty commissions I namely mentioned " give me a general idea and let me run w/it" but also mentioned sight unseen surprise as an option as well

I actually had a number of people ask via comment and note if I would be open again for a sight unseen artistic freedom commission, that they were interested but need to save up.

I was thinking, some time in late fall I will post an auction for just such a thing, the winning suit being made to fit within the price of the winning bid, with 30% of the winning bid being required up front

This is auction great for people who are unsure of what they want and can thus get a custom fit something rather than buy a premade something and hope it fits. It also works for people who just plain want a suit from me no matter what it is.

atm I have a lot of chocolate brown, including a sleek solid and sleek flecked, and I have in mind some kind of antelope unicorn... but who knows what I would make, because for one thing this unicorn idea I have would frankly only work for one with a very slim build, so if the winner was as big as or bigger than I am I would do something else.
I also have the supplies to make a toony kirin with bubble fur (goole it) for scales
One thing I can say about the sight unseen project is it would most likely be fantasy in some way, not just a normal animal.

ANYWAY I am stating this now so people can save up, the starting bid will be $1500 and this ill likely happen after Halloween

The $1500 includes no digigrade, a single sewn body, hands, feet, glued seam head, tail. The higher the bid the more it gets up graded, if bids go over $2500 I will consider wings
(*note if the bid does not go high enough to cover double sewn, sewn head and digigrade I will let the winner decide if double sewn and sewn head is more important, or if digigrade is more important, since I know some folks hiss at my single sewn and glued head discount options)
  • Listening to: my noisey fish tank and cockatieal...
  • Reading: recently: watershipdown, the last unicorn
  • Watching: err...what ever is blaring on the TV behind me
  • Playing: playing legend of Zelda:TP for the 3rd time
  • Eating: roasted salted peas (taste better than they sound)
  • Drinking: milk (mmm i LOVE mik)

I also won't be unable to officially bid on this seeing as how I am dirt poor, but I will leave this here [link]
A species I developed and would love to see in costume form. Even if I don't personally order a suit (or make it myself) I would die the happiest death ever to see you come up with one if you're interested. Feel free to design your own as well using this base as a guide [link]
Just a suggestion c: have fun.

Sadly, I will likely still be unable to seriously bid on this, what with car payments and the looming threat of upcoming property taxes, buuuut. Would you consider idea hints like, "I like brown hyenas" as a base for your free rein fantasy creature for us large-size folks? My big fanny would look really silly in a delicate creature suit, like an antelope or Kirin.
