Chapter 29: Sacred Beast

Chirin's winged form faded away and he fell to this knees holding the wound to his chest, eyes clenched in pain as he tried to calm his breathing for he could feel blood mixing with air in his lungs.

The white winged prince was in serious trouble.
The boy may have avoided the fate he faced in his nightmare but death was still staring him straight in the face.

As Chirin forcefully opened his eyes he found the source of his salvation.
The boy stared in awe at the animal who was not even half the size of its opponent and yet had somehow easily managed to take a bite out of the prince of darkness.

Chapter 28: Dragmire

Link and Zelda were in a panic, the dragons were wounded, half the palace was on fire, they could not get to the horses, they were too slow on foot but there wasn't any other choice.
"Oh why, why did he have to go off alone!"

Chirin was far slower than the wyvern but he tore through the air as fast as his wings could carry him fighting the strong headwind of the brewing storm. He lost sight of his target but continued on to lake Hylia for both his dream and his gut instinct told him that is where this fate would unfold.

Chapter 27: Broken

Link awoke in the lap of his princess awash in the clean light of dawn. The trio was spread out in the tall grass alongside the brunt remains of the half the village.

Navi in the dead of night had returned with a mere single pink fairy. The knife has since been removed and Zelda was saved from her mortal wounds, leaving the others to heal on their own due to the fact that the little pink creatures have become continually more rare.

The hero was weary and wounded, the cuts to his arm were serious ….But the most critical wound laid deep within, an unseen wound that may never heal.

Yarg I feel so angsty over work and feeling like I am not getting much done when I have in fact been working for hours on end, so in my angst I like feel the need to post proof that I am in fact working!!! *pants
This is not sewn yet! it is safety pinned together and basted (loosely sewn) waiting to be machine sewn, the zipper and tail hole is done and the seams have been brushed out....BUT I still have to get the 3 white spines into the one leg but AGH my muse died on me and after fussing and fuming for 45 minutes I gave up and called it quits...I am gonna try again here in a bit...and then after that I have to get it turned back inside out and then start machine sewing...and when it is sewn once I have to trim down the seam excess then sew again...and then I have to cut out the leg padding backings, sew zippers into the backings, then hand sew on the backings, then fill the leg shapes with stuffing, then turn right side around.
there are also dragon feets back there, oh and note the sign on the wall!!!!!!

PS quilted black scales jfdkjhskahjkdahfhsd took ages man! Slow work is slow on complex dragon

His head has hardly been started but the feet, tail (ugh those belt loops took forever to fix) and wings are done and the body is almost halfway done (yes it looks so done but it is only like 2/5ths done! *sobs)

I love it! It looks like how I picture a dragons belly and such, which is all the better for me! The spikes add a nice touch, and the fur looks nice (I am stuck with short solid black fur for mine :c )
