I thought the Wolf-link quad would be the best thing i have ever made but this girl may surpass him.

this costume makes the little girl in me squee with joy!

the design of the unicorn is based off both the film The Last Unicorn and the description in the Last Unicorn novel, and the anchient unicorn tapestries [link] and off of the images from a book called "the history and truth of the unicorn"
the idea of a unicorn being a horse with a horn is a very modern thing, i preferr old world unicorns like this costume which have a more deer like look and often have a lion's tail and mane.

VIDEO can be found here [link] this includes the girl RIDING HER (yes the costume is that strong and the arm stilts comfortable enough to be ridden for a short while)

(the dress is store bought, i suck at making clothes, unicorn modeled by my sister, dress worn by her friend)

my younger sister is wearing it.

the customer is a HUGE fan of the last unicorn and plans to meet the author in person at Megacon and use this for a ren fiar themed children's fundraiser and has a 10 year old daughter who also loves this costume and cannot wait to ride it ^^

heck i am 23 and a tomboy and this thing still makes me giddy

I'm that obsessed/crazed fan of TLU and buyer of the costume. I cannot wait. It's like some girlish little dream! LOL And I am a total tomboy too...This is about as girlie as I get....unicorns.

hOMG that turned out simply amazing. I'm not one much normally for the girly sorts of things (definite tomboy) but unicorns, especially of the heraldic sort I've always had a huge soft spot for. This turned out so wonderfully well, and the video of the girl actually being able to RIDE on the back of the unicorn is a true show of your great talent at crafting these wonderful pieces of art.

Absolutely staggering. See if you can get some of those commissioned by Renaissance Faires. The Kids would FLIP. You have really reached an amazing level with your suit work.
