the mask, tail and feet are awsome, the body not quite up to snuff BUT this was made last minute for furcon for my sister to wear i am claiming this cost no money to build because NOTHING was bought for the costume, it was made last minute when my brother decied he'd take us to furcon on sunday infact ALOT if it is "found object" type stuff: *my mom found the PJs and it went from there *i had some red fur bought years ago for a project i never started *i had the white and black fur already *the mask is an old baseball cap with the brim cut off and some cardboard and foam from an out couch cusion to shape the face *the eyes are cardboard covered in painted cardstock with old screen door mesh for the pupils *the nose is from a teddy bear *the bottom jaw a stuffed bunny's ear *the claws/lip/eyes are accented with pipecleaners *the feet are old rain boots with old couch cusion foam toes covered in fur from an old car seat cover *the tounge is felt *the paws are mittens with fur accents *the tail is stuffed with the guts of several plushies i murdered so i could use the fur
...3 DAYS?! Jeez, ur good. Looks good though I do want to point out one thing. Not to say that it's bad but for the eyes, screen door mesh may not be the best material to use. Look closely at the picture, you can see the wearer's eyes. It usually happens with the flash from a camera. Maybe try using other materials like buckram. Besides that, from the time you had and the materials you managed to salvage, I commend you greatly.
i keep forgettting to take step by step photos!!! its amazing to see how a hat, come cardboard and some foam becomes a mask like this! (some times i sit there and go "where did this come from, who put it here!")
