Not seeing double by LilleahWest Not seeing double by LilleahWest
Two pairs of feet ordered for the Canadian Chupacabra, one fancy set with paw pads for gentle use, one without paw pads for rough and outdoor use (the set with the fur trimmed round the bottom edge to limit potential dirtiness)

the feature DVC's raptor claws cast in foam rubber

Your claws are so good! How do you make them?

The description says "DVC's raptor claws in foam rubber." They're a company that makes fursuit parts you can order :)

yeah I really like their stuff, I mean I can sculpt and thus could make my own but I really don't have the time or desire to learn how to make molds of my sculpts and then learn how to work with resin and silicone and all the stuff they use.

One part molds are actually pretty easy. It's when you get into things like designing multi-part molds, roto/slush casting, degassing and working with finicky plastics that it becomes a major hassle. :D The only time I don't like DVC is when makers buy a complete set of DVC parts and apply a skin of fur without doing anything to customize the shape. I get it if you want to make a personal suit and have low craft skills, but I feel like if you're gonna sell regularly, you should do SOMETHING to customize it :D

What brilliant thinking! Having two with different purposes is better than compromising over one or the other. :D
