this is also how I built Robot Unicorn, who served as my test subject and its 2 years old now and holding up splendidly to my abuse, even to being thrown to the ground, crammed in suit cases, and being left in a hot car.

I fully trust this method, which gives you a nice hallow head for mounting LED eyes and fans into, and gives you much more stable results for quadsuits, I also think it may be lighter than carved foam.

The colored one had its cheek foam and neck arch altered after this photo, the red eared one had foam added to the cheeks and eye ridge after this, the unicorn is a quadsuit head which has vision out a collar, the other 2 have vision out mesh in the neck just under the head.

Sorry to disturb you but, if i may ask, How do you do the horse hair, is it with brushed wool or something like that, cause i only need this tips to finish my Quadsuit :s
