Califur Beastcub Gathering

Oh man was I nervous, and it shows in this photo as I was too nervous to get my own photoshoot lined up properly: I am supposed to be holding my new Beastcub head but am not, poor Trigger's head sits there on the table behind me instead of on his head looming behind us to look like he is in suit (as Neighclaw did, he had just the head and wings) and Cheefox is waaay over there, and I was a bad suitmama and failed to tell Spottacus of the panel group gathering when I saw him the day before ;A;

Buuut once I got in my groove I did well for the panel and demo itself, only pausing to get over stage fright a few times as I realized how full the room was, and it was beyond full, and after the panel was over the staff member in the room who keeps panels running on time praised me for a panel very well done *blushes* so all in all my first photoshoot went just okay and my first panel went very well

The weather was warm and muggy, the worst con suiting conditions I have been in ever, I wanted to do the panel in suit but ended up doing so in "Beast-type human mode" with face paint and my beast ears. Also due to the heat I only fullsuited once for opening ceremonies after of which I found myself very heat stressed so for the rest of the weekend I wore my "tattered outfit" seen here as a halfsuit with both my BC saber tiger head and new Beastcub head. Why you so warm So-Cal? whhhhhy...

Well, despite So-Cal being a literal freaken desert I still had so much stinken fun at this con <3
