This doggie does not get to go home with his intended owner... will you take him home?

It is nearly done, I am planning to have full body pics up within a week

What to know if you want to buy:

The customer is male, tall and thin with wide shoulders and long limbs. I will have measurements listed in the auction.

double sewn body, done in a loose athletic fit.

hands built on black-n-gray utility gloves with palms exposed since he planned to do handstands and such, you can get normal paws with or without silicone pads for an additional fee.

feet are a size 10.5 (US) and built on what I think are wrestling shoes (look like ninja shoes, lol) with the gray and black soles exposed. Super comfy shoes! You can get a second pair of feet with silicone pads for an additional fee

no claws (since this was intended for stunt work and they can catch and/or break) you can add them to the existing feet, new feet, or new hands if desired, will not work on the glove hands.

Has a fat wide 24 inch tail (ideal to the stunt work he planned vs a curled that may flop around) though you can get a nub or curled tail instead for an additional fee

Head is one size fits all (adjustable) can be made to work with glasses, has a chin strap since he planned to go upside down doing cartwheels and flips (which my "fits like a hat" heads stay on just fine aside from that, lol)
Nekc closes in back via strong rare earth magnet.
Hinged jaw that works via bumping on your chin, voice syncs decently, works perfect for non verbal motions.
CPU fan in the muzzle with 4 AA battery pack that gets worn on in a pouch (that I made) on a belt under the suit, the cord for the fan disconnects via a simple plug in the middle so you are not tethered to the battery pack while getting dressed.
Sewn head seams, ears are floppy (as in flip up when you jump) realistic eyes, nose and mouth, great ventilation and vision (which is only limited form your nose down, the rest is rather great) mesh view ports were done extra large so he could see well while doing stunts.

Full body shots will debut hopefully within a week.

In about a week this will go up for auction, I am thinking Ebay. I need to get at least $1200 for this guy so I can refund the poor customer everything but is deposit.

From the winning bidder I would need $600 up front and will allow 3 months for the rest.

So if this interests you, start saving up that first $600 :)

I will make a new post when the auction is ready.

Hi,
I've been pretty depressed over this whole thing - and didn't mean to cause drama. In fact, I was depressed enough over it to cancel out my deviantart account and toss out all of the artwork.

I'm "the customer". This costume concept has been in development since December, 2009 and I couldn't have asked for a better fabricator than Lilleah. The face and head are spot-on perfect and capture the artistry & look that I've always wanted.

For the record, this costume is fully paid for. I made sure that it didn't affect the family budget by funding the design with money I earned by parting out old motorcycles, selling tools, my PLC controlled ceramics kiln, and two sets of race tires.

The problem is that I was unable to get my wife on-board with the concept. I thought that her main objection was the cost which I addressed by hocking some of my own stuff and not using any 'family money' but it turns out that was only part of it. I still don't know - maybe the thought of her husband in costume scares her or something, but needless to say I was devastated when my enthusiasm was greeted with anger. This past week as been the worst of my life and a lot of joy has been lost. It's just not worth it unless I can get her to relent - I need her support or else there will be no joy or fun when playing with this costume. I respect her and love her too much to let a costume come between us like that.

That said, When Lilleah posts the completed artwork online, I will give it one last-ditch effort to convince my wife that this costume, which brought me so much joy in the designing & dreaming over for the past two years, is a beautiful and good thing that was well worth creating. I'm hoping to have this resolved by the end of the month, and appreciate all of the great comments you have had for this design thus far.

This costume inspired me to join Martial arts. It inspired me to lose 28 pounds. For the first time in my life, I can do fifty to eighty pushups at a time; I can do cartwheels & jumps and kicks, and feel great. So in effect, this costume has already paid many tangible benefits to our life in terms of health & wellness. What I really want to do now is bring home the prize for all that hard work, if anything, just to try it on once for some closure.

Thanks Lilleah for all your hard work thus far, and thank you Deviantart fans for the favorites. Keep praying for me -

It is looking like Tycho will not get sold after all. It has been tough on our relationship but I am praying for healing for the both of us. Only time and lots of positive reinforcement from friends will help. There will not be any appearances at cons or furmeets for this fellow.
